Bon Vivant

I started writing this blog out of pure frustration for not having access to any information about great places to eat out in Brisbane.

 

Refusing to settle to the fact that Brisbane has no food culture I decided it was time someone started standing up and speaking proud of what we have to offer.

 

A true foodie at heart I want to share with my fellow Brisbaneites what exactly is happening around our town.

 

With so many places opening every week Brisbane is fast becoming its own cultural hub of great places to eat and drink.

 

First I would like to explain the inspiration behind the naming of this blog.

 

Bon Vivant is the French saying for a person devoted to refined sensuous enjoyment (especially good food and drink)

 

And so I begin with a personal favourite and one for all those sweet tooths out there
